The Mary Gray Bird Sanctuary   Located in Fayette County, Indiana near Connersville. Since the initial gift of 600 acres from Alice Green Gray and Congressman Finley H. Gray in the 1940s, the sanctuary has grown to over 700 acres of forest, meadow, prairie and ponds.
Whitewater Valley Railroad   Enjoy a relaxing train ride though the scenic Whitewater Valley, on your way to the historic town of Metamora. Enjoy a two hour layover before your return trip to Connersville.
Whitewater Scenic Byway   76 miles crossing through a number of scenic and historic Indiana counties, the Whitewater Canal Scenic Byway bridges the distance between the Ohio River and the National Road. Along this route, you'll find some of state's most authentic canal features. In addition to locks, a working grist mill, historic home museums, and the operating Whitewater Valley Railroad Museum, the byway also offers outdoor opportunities from Brookville Lake to the Whitewater Canal Trail. Don't miss out on craft and antique shopping while you explore this enjoyable stretch of road.
