Metamora's annual Strawberry Days has been going on for over 24 years.
Strawberry Days is a celebration of the beginning of Summer with everyones favorite fruit, Strawberries! At the center of town, in the Banes House lawn you'll find the Strawberry tent where friendly merchants dressed in period clothing are ready to serve you our famous Strawberry Shortcake with Ice Cream and Whipped Cream. Let the kids enjoy all the games and enter into the Strawberry Pie eating contest. An eventful 1838 style weekend with merchants dressed in period clothing and various demonstrators.
